Thank you for shopping with Skidaway Fine Imagery. Every order is handled with care and attention to ensure your prints, products, and gear arrive safely and on time.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders or custom print requests, processing may take a bit longer — but we'll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping charges for your order are below.

• Free Shipping (U.S.) 5-10 business days

• Rush Shipping (U.S.) – 2–4 business days

• International Shipping – We do not ship internationally

Local Delivery (Skidaway Island residents only)
Local delivery is available by appointment for customers on-island only. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we'll contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on digital products or photography prints unless they arrive damaged or defective. For eligible returns, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery for assistance.​
