Refund Policy

The Basics 

At Skidaway Fine Imagery, Our goal is to ensure every client feels confident and satisfied with their experience and products. Because photography is both a creative and service-based field, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the client and the artist.

Digital Products & Educational Content

All sales of digital downloads, presets, courses, or educational materials are final. Because these items are delivered electronically, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue (such as a broken download link or file corruption), please contact us within 2 days of purchase so we can resolve the issue or provide a replacement file. Please have a screenshot/picture proof of "error" message/etc., to be considered for a refund.

Prints & Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds for prints or physical products are only granted if the item cannot be replaced.​
